
Two Types of Boredom and the Adjustable Syllabus: Education for ADHD

Sarah Stein Lubrano, pedagogy expert and author of the article “Living with ADHD, How I Learned to Make Distraction Work for Me” will speak about educating for neurodiversity, with a special focus on ADHD. She will discuss new research on attention and multiple types of boredom, and relate these findings to what educators can do to make learning more meaningful and more customized to students of all neurotypes. The lecture will include an interactive discussion and be followed by a Q&A.
